Fun Kids Club!

Stunning Accommodations

Relaxing Pool Atmosphere

I was really impressed with my stay at Grand Residences, as the service from staff like Osman and the beautiful views made for a lovely vacation. However, I did notice that the food quality has declined and some issues with housekeeping took away from what was once a perfect experience. The location is great, but I feel like the resort needs to focus on improving certain aspects to maintain its reputation.

We had an incredible family trip filled with special moments at this resort, thanks to the amazing accommodations and attentive service. Our personalized concierge really went above and beyond to assist us with everything from dinner reservations to special arrangements for a wedding proposal. On the downside, we did encounter some issues with restaurant reservations and a bit of inconsistency in service on our second visit. Overall, it's a wonderful place for families, but some improvements in organization would enhance the experience.
